Yes. Mix the blocked isocyanate dispersion with the OH-acrylic at NCO:OH index 1.0–1.2. The system remains stable at room temperature (shelf life >6 months when stored separately, >1 month after mixing if pH and ionic strength are compatible). Stoving at 130–150°C for 20 minutes triggers deblocking and crosslinking, yielding chemical and solvent resistance comparable to 2K ambient-cure PU systems.
