Coupling Agents — Silane, Titanate, MS-Polymer Adhesion Promoters

16 industrial coupling agent and adhesion promoter SKUs across five chemistry families — KH-series silanes (amino / vinyl / methacryloxy / mercapto), specialty silane primers and substrate-targeted promoters (AMMO-5110, vinyl, epoxy), titanate couplers for mineral-filled polymer compounding (Kenrich KR equivalents), silane-modified MS / STPE / STPU polymer backbones for next-generation hybrid sealants, and non-silane promoters (CPP for polyolefin, phosphate-ester for DTM coatings). Sourced from Chinese supply chain at 25 kg MOQ, 2–4 week lead time, full CoA and REACH SVHC compliance documentation.

Silane Coupling Agents — KH / Z6011 / A-Series

The four core organofunctional silane families — amino (Z6011 / KH-550 / A-1100 equivalent for epoxy and PU adhesion), vinyl (A-151 for crosslinking and XLPE cable), methacryloxy (A-174 / KH-570 for acrylic and UV-cure systems), and mercapto (A-189 / KH-590 for sulfur-cure rubber and metal adhesion). Plus a pre-formulated amino-silane adhesion additive for one-part sealant manufacture.

Silane Primers & Specialty Adhesion Promoters

Application-specific silane technologies — AMMO-5110 metal pre-treatment primer, vinyl-silane for one-part RTV sealants, epoxy-silane (γ-glycidoxypropyl) for adhesion to glass and aluminum oxide. Two epoxy-silane SKUs target the two main application angles — additive for industrial coating versus pre-formulated for sealant manufacturer.

Titanate Coupling Agents (Kenrich KR Alternatives)

Organotitanate coupling agents for mineral-filled polymer compounding — bond TiO₂, CaCO₃, talc and ATH fillers to PVC, PP, HDPE matrix without sacrificing melt-flow. Direct functional alternatives to Kenrich Petrochemicals KR-series and Dorf Ketal titanate range.

Silane-Modified Polymers — MS / STPE / STPU

Silyl-modified polymer backbones for next-generation isocyanate-free hybrid sealants and adhesives — MS-polymer (STP) flexible base, silane-terminated polyester (STPE) for high-strength bonding, and silane-terminated polyurethane (STPU) combining PU toughness with moisture-cure silicone chemistry. The chemistry behind premium construction sealants (Bostik, Kömmerling) and isocyanate-free automotive adhesives.

Non-Silane Adhesion Promoters

Chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) primer for polyolefin substrate bonding (the standard treatment for automotive plastic part painting), and phosphate-ester adhesion promoter for direct-to-metal (DTM) coating systems. Used when silane chemistry is incompatible with the substrate or formulation pH.

Need silane selection or adhesion testing support?

Coatingsink technical team provides KH-series silane selection by substrate / polymer pairing, MS-polymer formulation guidance, Kenrich KR titanate drop-in equivalence, and adhesion-test protocol (T-peel / lap shear) support. Samples from 100 mL on request.
