Photoinitiators — Type I & Type II
Norrish Type I α-cleavage initiators (Irgacure 184, TPO, TPO-L, BAPO, 819-phosphine-oxide) for fast surface and through-cure in clear UV systems. Type II hydrogen-abstraction photoinitiators (benzophenone / BP) paired with amine synergists for low-yellowing pigmented systems. Drop-in alternatives to IGM Resins Omnirad, BASF Irgacure, and Lambson Speedcure ranges.
Amine Synergists
Tertiary amine synergists (EDAB, MDEA) that scavenge oxygen and donate hydrogen to Type II photoinitiators — essential for pigmented and air-cure UV coatings where benzophenone alone yields tacky surfaces.
UV-Cure Oligomers & Resins
Aliphatic urethane acrylate (yellowing-resistant for outdoor and wood top-coats), aromatic urethane acrylate (cost-performance balance for industrial coatings), epoxy acrylate (hardness and chemical resistance), and polyester acrylate (flexibility and adhesion to plastics). The four oligomer families that cover ~80% of UV-cure formulation needs.
Pre-Formulated UV-Cure Coatings & Adhesives
