FAQ
Add the emulsified crosslinker to the waterborne base coat under moderate shear (500–800 rpm) as the final step. The pre-emulsified grade is self-dispersing in water; no additional emulsifier is needed. Target NCO:OH index 1.0–1.15, mix for 3–5 minutes, and apply within the 4–8 h pot-life window at 20°C.
