TDI adduct is the most cost-effective polyisocyanate crosslinker and remains widely used in wood coatings and lamination adhesives. Compared to HDI types, TDI adduct shows moderate yellowing under UV/heat (unsuitable for exterior whites) but delivers faster cure at ambient and better reactivity with DBTL catalyst. Choose TDI adduct for indoor wood furniture or dark-color exterior where yellowing is acceptable.
