FAQ
For self-leveling epoxy-PU floor coatings with TDI biuret, use DBTL at 0.03–0.08% on total binder. Tertiary amine catalysts (DABCO, triethylamine at 0.1–0.2%) are preferred when pot life >1 h is needed. Avoid over-catalysis which causes surface skinning before full through-cure. In humid environments (>75% RH), reduce catalyst to prevent CO₂ foaming from moisture reaction.
