FAQ
PMDI is moisture-sensitive and crystallises below 15°C. Store at 15–30°C and warm cold drums to 25°C before use (avoid >50°C). Open containers must be nitrogen-blanketed and used within 48 h to prevent moisture ingress and NCO loss. Viscosity monitoring before each batch use is recommended — an increase >30% from baseline indicates partial moisture reaction.
