FAQ
Target NCO:OH index 1.0–1.1 for balanced mechanical properties and chemical resistance. At index 1.05 with a typical OH-acrylic (OH value 100 mg KOH/g), use approximately 32–35 phr HDI trimer (100% grade) per 100 phr polyol. DBTL at 0.03–0.05% accelerates cure; pot life at 20°C is 4–6 h at index 1.05 without catalyst, or 2–3 h with DBTL.
