FAQ
Mix ratio (by weight) = (AHEW of hardener) / (EEW of epoxy). Example: with WB epoxy dispersion EEW 360 g/eq (30% solids) and this hardener AHEW 130 g/eq (65% solids), volume ratio ≈ 4:1 epoxy:hardener (adjust for density). Always pre-test mix ratio by DSC gel-point measurement. Incorrect ratio (>15% from stoichiometric) leads to either uncured soft film (hardener excess) or brittle over-crosslinked film (epoxy excess) — both significantly reduce anti-corrosion performance.
