UV Reactive Polyether Silicone Leveling Agent

Non-reactive silicones migrate to the film surface during cure but remain as a separate phase that can be abraded away or cause adhesion failure on subsequent coats. Reactive (acrylate-functionalized) silicones are chemically incorporated into the UV network during radical cure, permanently anchoring the silicone segment at the surface. This gives durable slip, scratch resistance and leveling that survives post-cure mechanical and chemical stress—critical for flooring, automotive clearcoats, and electronics conformal coatings.
