DOSS (OT-75) achieves very low dynamic surface tension (26 mN/m) within milliseconds of contact, making it the fastest-acting anionic wetting agent available. Alcohol ethoxylates require seconds to equilibrate. This makes OT-75 ideal for spray-applied coatings and pigment grinding where rapid wetting of fresh pigment surfaces is critical. Use at 0.05–0.3% on formulation weight.
