Organic Flatting Agent OFA-1500

OFA-1500 is a crosslinked organic polymer with a refractive index closer to common UV binders (~1.49–1.51), resulting in significantly less light scattering and better film transparency at equivalent gloss reduction. It also eliminates the abrasive wear on anilox rollers and doctor blades associated with silica, extending equipment service life on high-speed OPV lines running at 200–400 m/min.
