Nano-SiO2 Coupling Dispersant Package NSD-30

Add NSD-30 at 5–10% on silica weight to an aqueous silica slurry under high-shear mixing. The silane component hydrolyzes and bonds to silanol groups on the SiO2 surface, while the polyacrylate component provides steric stabilization. Allow 2 hours reaction at pH 6.5–7.5 before final dispersion. The treated dispersion remains stable for 3+ months with no settling.
