YInMn blue (yttrium indium manganese oxide) is a newly developed inorganic blue with exceptionally high NIR reflectance and vivid colour, discovered at Oregon State University in 2009. It has higher NIR reflectance and a more vivid hue than cobalt blue (PB 28), though it remains premium-priced due to indium content.
