Yes. WA-65 is oxidatively drying and requires cobalt/zirconium/calcium drier combinations (typically 0.03–0.06% Co, 0.12–0.20% Zr on resin solids) for through-dry times under 6 hours. Manganese-based driers can be used as a cobalt-free alternative.
