FAQ
Short oil alkyd/melamine ratios of 70/30 to 80/20 (solids basis) are standard for stoving enamels. HMMM (hexamethoxymethyl melamine) crosslinkers at 15–25% on total binder solids, with 0.1–0.5% p-TSA catalyst, provide good hardness and chemical resistance at 150°C/20 min cure.
