PY 13 provides a brighter, greener-shade yellow with lower tinting strength compared to PY 83 (diarylide HR yellow). PY 13 is preferred when a clean process yellow hue is required for CMYK printing; PY 83 offers better heat and light fastness and is used where migration resistance and durability are critical in plastic packaging.
