DETX has two ethyl substituents (vs one isopropyl in ITX) that improve solubility in acrylate monomers and oligomers, reducing the risk of crystallization in concentrate pastes. It also shows slightly less tendency to yellow in white or light-colored UV inks compared to ITX.
