Phenalkamine Hardener PA-620 (Cashew-Based)

Phenalkamine hardeners are derived from cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) and contain a long alkyl side chain that provides inherent plasticization and excellent adhesion to damp or slightly contaminated steel surfaces. They are highly tolerant of solvent dilution, cure at low temperatures and high humidity, and produce coatings with outstanding salt-spray resistance — properties essential for splash zones, ballast tanks and offshore topsides.
