FAQ
Pre-disperse HEC powder into the water phase under moderate agitation before adding other ingredients. Premixing with propylene glycol (1:3 ratio) before adding to water dramatically reduces lump formation. Avoid adding HEC to alkaline water already containing surfactants, which can slow hydration.
