FAQ
ASE-60 is supplied as a low-viscosity acidic emulsion and must be neutralized to activate. Add it to the letdown phase under moderate agitation, then raise the system pH above 8.0 using ammonia (25% solution) or AMP-95. Full viscosity development occurs within 10–15 minutes. Avoid addition to the mill-base before pigment dispersion as low pH does not allow swelling.
