FAQ
WPU-40 is applied to both substrates, air-dried at ambient until tack-free (typically 10–15 minutes), then heat-reactivated at 60–80°C for 5–10 seconds using an infrared or hot-air activator before pressing. Pressing at 0.3–0.5 MPa for 10–15 seconds achieves >6 N/cm peel on leather/leather and leather/TPU assemblies. Open time after reactivation is approximately 60 seconds.
