Anaerobic Dimethacrylate Threadlocker Resin ATR-100

ATR-100 uses a peroxide/hydroperoxide redox initiator system that requires two conditions simultaneously: exclusion of oxygen and the catalytic presence of metal ions (Fe²⁺, Cu²⁺). Inside a sealed container, dissolved oxygen stabilizes the resin. Once confined in the anaerobic gap between two metal surfaces, oxygen is consumed and metal ions initiate free-radical polymerization, achieving handling strength in 10–30 minutes at 22°C.
