WA-500 is formulated with a relatively high Tg (-15°C compared to -35 to -40°C for high-tack PSAs) and controlled crosslink density. This provides sufficient tack for temporary positioning but prevents deep wet-out into substrate surfaces, enabling clean removal without adhesive transfer on LDPE and other non-porous substrates.

Accepted Answer

Apply by comma bar or slot die to a dry coating weight of 15–25 g/m². Dry at 80–110°C for 1–3 min. No crosslinker is required for removable applications; however, adding 0.5–1% aziridine or carbodiimide crosslinker improves cohesive strength and can shift performance toward semi-permanent adhesion if desired.
