TD-200 raises the Tg of the PSA blend and increases peel and tack values by improving wet-out on low-energy surfaces. The fine particle size (<1 µm, d50) ensures homogeneous distribution in the emulsion system without phase separation. Typical addition level is 10–30 parts per 100 parts PSA emulsion solids.
