FAQ
Typical formulations use 100–200 phr of white mineral or naphthenic oil relative to SEBS polymer. Higher oil loading (200 phr) reduces melt viscosity and improves substrate wetting; lower loading (100 phr) retains more cohesive strength. Always balance with a compatible tackifier (C5/C9 resin or DCPD) at 50–150 phr to achieve target peel and loop tack.
