FAQ
For plywood production, press at 120–140°C with 0.8–1.2 MPa pressure. Gel time at 130°C is 2–5 min; typical press time is 5–10 min depending on panel thickness and species. PF resole bonds produce WBP (weather-and-boil-proof) rated plywood suitable for exterior and structural applications.
