FAQ
UL-600 is typically applied at 150–170°C. At 160°C, melt viscosity is 2500–5000 mPa·s, providing good flow for perfect-binding nip rolls and slot-die nozzles. Avoid exceeding 180°C for prolonged periods to prevent charring and char buildup in the applicator.
