CA-500 bonds rapidly to rubber, most plastics (ABS, PVC, nylon), leather, ceramics, and ferrous metals. It works via anionic polymerization initiated by surface moisture. Acidic or very dry surfaces (polyolefins, PTFE) bond poorly without a primer activator.
