Use the stoichiometric formula: crosslinker (pbw) = (OH value of polyol × polyol weight) / (NCO% of IC-75 × 42 × 1000). A usage index of 1.05–1.15 (slight NCO excess) is typical to ensure complete cure and maximise cohesive strength. Account for any reactive diluents or chain extenders in the calculation.
