At 23°C and 50% RH, TPS-4080 forms a tack-free surface within 60–90 minutes and achieves full mechanical properties in 7 days. Higher humidity (>65% RH) accelerates cure but may cause surface bubbling if the sealant bead is wider than 20 mm.
