FAQ
ECS-50 uses a high loading of silver flake (typically 70–80 wt%) distributed in a polydimethylsiloxane matrix. The silver flakes form a continuous conductive network upon cure. Silver migration is negligible in a fully cured condensation-type silicone because the polymer matrix immobilizes the filler; resistivity drift over 1,000 hours at 85°C/85% RH is typically <20%.
