DIDP Plasticizer for PVC Sealants

DIDP has a higher molecular weight (446 g/mol vs 418 g/mol for DINP), which translates to lower volatility, better permanence, and reduced migration over the service life of the sealant. It delivers cold flexibility down to −40°C and is preferred where long-term durability in high-temperature or outdoor environments is critical. The trade-off is a slightly higher compound viscosity at equivalent loading levels.
